Q: I have been referred partially by my GP, I understand there is a gap payable, but I am a pensioner – do I still need to pay this?

It’s fantastic to hear that your GP has given you a referral that gives you access to the Activate Program with subsidy or access to sessional consultations.

If you choose to pay a gap and join the Activate Program to obtain the benefits of 12 weeks of care and coaching support, the out of pocket cost is the remaining balance per the Medicare Fee Schedule and the number of allied health sessions per calendar year you’ve been referred for.

Q: I am not sure I can commit to 12 weeks of coaching calls, I am not sure what my schedule is like. Is it still worth me starting?

YES!

We are here to work with you to create sustainable habits for a healthier life long term. Your Care Team and Coaches will prescribe exercises that are not only safe and enjoyable but can be worked into your daily routine.
